Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Amazon's marketing goals.
- Manage and curate content for Amazon's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep Amazon ahead of the curve.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to Amazon's e-commerce site.
- Organize and direct promotional events and campaigns that engage our audience and promote new products.
- Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to create authentic partnerships and content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that generate engagement and drive sales.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including best practices, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is an asset.
